300 Thread Count Sheets
Superior's 300 thread count sheets are the lightest sets in our thread count range, and they come in more fibers than any other tier. Choose a cotton-blend sateen with a soft sheen, crisp 100% cotton percale, a smooth 100% cotton solid, or silky modal and rayon from bamboo. Most sets include a flat sheet, a fitted sheet and pillowcases, and the fitted sheets are cut with deep pockets for mattresses up to 18 inches thick.
- Cotton-blend sateen — smooth with a light sheen, in a wide colour range — Buy for everyday beds and guest rooms.
- 100% cotton percale — crisp, matte and breathable — Buy if you like a cool, crisp sheet.
- Modal from beechwood — silky and lightweight, with an extra-deep version for 18–21 inch mattresses — Buy for a smoother drape than cotton.
- Rayon from bamboo — soft, sateen-like finish — Buy as a non-cotton alternative.

How to Choose a 300 Thread Count Sheet
At the same thread count, the fiber and the weave decide how a sheet feels. Sateen floats more yarn on the surface, so it feels smooth and shows a soft sheen. Percale feels crisp and matte and sleeps cooler. Modal and rayon from bamboo are wood-based fibers that feel silkier than cotton.
One naming note: the sateen sets here carry "Egyptian Cotton" in their product titles, but at 300 thread count they are cotton blends. Superior's Egyptian cotton starts at 650 thread count; compare every tier in our Egyptian cotton sheets. For a slightly heavier sateen, see 400 thread count sheets.

Care & Maintenance

- Skip fabric softener on sateen, which can dull its sheen over time.
