Very nice... SOFT!

These sheets are VERY soft, not scratchy at all as another reviewer reported. The stitching is nice and overall they seem to be of very high quality. They fit perfectly over my extra thick mattress and the taupe color was beautiful. A little more brown than I was expecting, but I like it and it looks very nice. These sheets are softer than others I own of higher thread count. I like them so much, I'm probably going to order another set.

Very close to my favorite discontinued sheet set

bb&b had a modal sateen weave set from pure beech that was my favorite. I looked online to see if anyone else has found a set similar and multiple people recommended this one. It feels very nice. It is soft and smooth, much more so than my cotton sheets. I still have the top sheet from the pure beech set so comparing them the pure beech is still softer but I'm thinking that after a few washes this set will become just as soft.

Wonderful-would not go back to cotton sheets

Absolutely love this set. Hadnt heard of modal before so thought Id try based on the reviews. I love it! It is so soft. At the moment Im sleeping on the fitted sheet and using just the flat sheet as cover as weather too warm for duvet. It has a lovely cool softness about it.I must have bought mine when there was an offer on as have just gone to purchase another set but they now almost 5 times the price I paid. Shame as I would like a spare to change instead of having to wash and dry this one in a hurry to put back on.They are way bigger than a uk super king, so fitted sheet needs tucking in a bit more but its handy the flat sheet being larger as this is what we are using as a blanket. The pillowcases are huge. Way longer than standard pillows so have to fold over about half of the case but I have these on the bottom so doesnt matter.Will keep checking for price coming down to order again
