Shipping: We offer Free Ground Shipping to any address within the 48 Contiguous United States for orders totaling over $20. || Returns: All returns must be initiated by email or phone. An RMA is required for each return. You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original contents included in the shipment. We must receive your returned items in our warehouse within 45 days of the delivery confirmation date. All packages must be inspected prior to use and washing. All returns are subjected to final approval once received and inspected. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused & unwashed or a credit will not be issued. You can expect your credit within 4 weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases, you will receive a store credit beforehand, but an estimate of 4 weeks is due to the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days) and product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your credit.
