I did not open the towels, but the customer service was amazing. I purchased them for my son and his girlfriend, but they were not the ones she had picked out. I submitted a return request on the Friday of a holiday weekend, and by Tuesday, I had received a return label. I mailed them back on Thursday and am awaiting my refund.

Plush, soft and absorbent. BUT. Even after repeated washing, the towels still leave a lot of fluff. This is my second set of Superior towels, and I still like them but not happy about the repeated fluff.
