I like these a lot and I'm satisfied with the quality. But the term "Sateen" is a bit misleading. They are not as smooth/satiny as I expected. They do match the Egyptian cotton 300 thread sheets I ordered with them.

These sheets were described as 100% Egyptian Cotton. The label on the sheets I received shows 100% Cotton meaning they are a cotton blend with short fibers blended with the long fibers. The length of time these sheets will last is significantly shorter and the softness is about 1/2 that of pure Egyptian Cotton. Home City is not accurate with this description so buyer beware.

Although they are 400 thread count the price was a bit higher that I expected. I could buy these same cases in 300 thread count for $12.00 at Wal-Mart
